This is a brief post about the New Orleans City Business Best Places to Work annual award.
New Orleans City Business, like many city business journals offers a number of awards and recognitions for the local business community.
The New Orleans City Business Best Places to Work is a list of New Orleans Businesses who have:
- chosen to apply
- provided information about their business
- been selected by editorial staff of New Orleans City Business
Unless things have changed, New Orleans City Business Best Places to Work is not a quantitative assessment of employee surveys.
As such, we stopped applying a few years back in favor of more quantitative assessments of our actual employees’ views on what makes a best place to work in New Orleans.
That said, the New Orleans City Business Best Places to Work awards luncheon was a good time the year we went.
Sadly it often occurs on the same day as the EO Louisiana Holiday Luncheon.
